saving up for the new engine

yep i started saving for my dream engine a 572 chevrolet big block and to top that off a blower... im $1000 closer to about 19,000:(

thats gonna be about it 50galons just to start it up....but ever since i first saw a 572 iv wanted one.my idea was to build a truck that looks like a off roader ....but yet be able to pull up to a mustang and be able to burn them off road tires :rollin

I know the feeling.  Believe it or not, my 383 stroker tears these sports cars up--no joke.   Now, on the interstate, boy,oh boy.  These guys can't believe this ole 79 pick up is flying by at over 100 mph w/ pedal left---awesome feeling!
