Hey all. I'm new to this board, and relatively new to owning my 87 Silverado beater. Here's what I know about it:
1/2 ton, 2-wheel drive.
101,000 miles (not too bad)
4-spd automatic (overdrive)
350
Bed is rust free
Doesn't seem to leak or burn much oil
It sat all winter and started right up with a new battery.
Has custom dual exhaust from some hack that needs to be fixed - see my posting in the 73-87 Trucks general forum
All the "semi-truck lights" work and look pretty cool at night.
