Whats for Supper ?
« on: April 15, 2008, 01:26:46 pm »
Picked up some pork for the smoker.

Dry rub added and wraped for 24hrs

Gona get them ready today and toss them in the smoker on Wednesday for 24 hrs.
Add some tattor's, slaw and some baked beans. This should make a good meal on Thursday night.
I'll post more tomorrow when they get smoking.
Hang him !!!    (Judge Roy Bean)  Looters will be shot on site !!!

Worked too hard for that tenderloin !  Some times I get greedy with it.  ;D

The plan is to take out of the smoker around 4pm Thursday, then wrap in foil and a towel and place in a cooler for 2hrs (makes the juices come out). The planed feed time (this could change) would be around 6 - 7 pm.

I would stick pork like that in the crock pot and make pulled pork out of it!
White Vinigar, Ketchup, Barbeque sauce, Brown sugar, and pulled pork sesoning!!!!

After just filling up on chicken wings, corn bread and baked beans.. Those make me hungry again.

Man I'm gonna be fat when I get older.
