I don't have a digital camera. didn't mean for this thread to go on so long. Replaced my modem and same thing remains. Charter Cable tech (4th one I've contacted this week) says he is able to
provision my modem so the lines are ok. He finally admitted that there have been problems like mine occurring in our area, so I'm waiting for Charter to fix whatever problem they're having at
the gateway. Well, if nothing else gets accomplished, at least I'm learning some new computer terms.
