Nice ride, not really a big fan of ginormous wheels, but those looks nice. I’ve always heard that big rims make the ride of the vehicle rough, is that true?  ???

This belongs here in the "rides" section since it is all about your rides.  Projects would be LS install or how to drop, etc.

you put it in the members project section.  If you are planning on detailing a LS install only, I will move it back, but you indicated that it would be a complete truck build based on the post.

Wow, beauty Blazer! Two tone paint jobs with a silver bottom and dark upper are one of my favorite schemes. And it being a 2wd brings back fond memories for me. First vehicle I ever owned was an 81 Jimmy 2wd Sierra Classic in 1992. Red bottom and white upper. I had it repainted metallic black with a GM Slate Grey top. It was sharp.

You're going to have a real slick cruiser there. Enjoy! I even still have the factory console from my 81 that my brother built a bandpass subwoofer enclosure in holding an 8" sub complete with plexi window.

nice interior!

Did you make those lower door panels?

Also did you glass that dash yourself?

I like the way it looks!

Again, very nice. That painted dash is brave. Did you lay fiberglass mat over top of the factory vinyl to make it paintable? And I see you have power windows and door speakers. I take it that the door mids do not protrude into the door metal at all? On my truck with power windows, the motor mechanism is directly behind the metal.
