Awesome swap.  I'm gonna have to kick myself a little more for not doing this swap myself.  If you ever want to get your A/C back, check these brackets out.  They require a Sanden 508, SD5, or SD7 but look nice, are actually affordable (not like S&P brackets), and get the compressor up where it should be.

Do you have crank-up windows or power? I'm guessing by the location of the speaker in the door, that you have manual windows.
