My wheelin Blazer
« on: August 30, 2008, 07:12:36 am »
Well tore into it last night. Swapping a 14 bolt, and Dana 60 into the Blazer. Got a set of 44" Gumbos for it too! Doing it on the cheap as its temporary until I build the ex civil service 84 Blazer. Plus it has to be ready for Sept 14th. We are having a memorial mud bog for Steven Blay, he was the boy I posted about that was killed earlier this month in the wreck.

You need a ladder to get in it! Have a great time in the mud! How much air pressure do you guys run in those tires anyway?

I run 30 to 35 pounds in my 35s on it now. Not sure on the 44s, I try to keep it some what near the recommended pressure as I drive it to and from the trails up the road. I trailer it to the bog. Its to far and its not registered.

Thats it!
That was the first run, when it still had oil pressure! :o
Had three more runs left in her before she gave it up! Pulled it tonight, dropping another in tomorrow night for the annual 4x party on Saterday that my buddy has.
Check out the link too. Allot of good pics.

Well I pulled two all nighters to get another motor in it for Sat, my buddies anual 4x party. Took it off the trailer, within ten minutes I broke the tramns mount housing, so I was done for the day!

Sweet pic of your Blazer, Blazin!   ;D
You can sure see that mud flying, looks like it could hit you in the face!!!

Those are 44"s I took the 35"s off. Have been running 35's since 97 when I bought it. You know what they say, bigger must be better!
