Hopefully the title of this thread comes to be.
I can't beleive Obama is on the Dem ticket to be honest with you. He is 98th ranked senator in the US as far as seniority.  It would be like a school traffic volunteer becoming the next Chief of Police for a major metro area. Yeah, they may meet the minimum qualifications, 21 and a US citizen--doesnt mean they are the most QUALIFIED!!!

She is SMOKIN'!!!!

Just for the record, I'm not an Obama supporter.  That being said:

Being a senior senator doesn't mean a thing either.  My state somehow keeps electing "Fat Teddy" Kennedy to term after term in the senate and I wouldn't trust him to drive me to the supermarket, never mind run the country.

Here is one reply from the Democrats:

"The Democratic rapid response team in Denver scrambled to get Kansas Gov. Kathleen Sebelius on a media conference call to respond to Palin, whose hard-hitting speech ignited Republican excitement and was favorably received by television commentators.  "Gov. Palin, I think, did a good job last night. ... She mastered the words written by the Bush speechwriters and clearly delivered them well," Sebelius said. "What we heard last night was a lot of partisan attacks and no real solutions."

No real solutions - ARE YOU KIDDING ME?????

How about the mentioning of dealing with Islamic extremists - which the democrats faild to even mention in their convention - they would rather ignore the fact that there are people out there that want to kill our US and our way of life.  If we don't deal with this, we can forget about health care and economics, because we will either be DEAD or ruled by shria law.

How about the energy crisis and the fixes for that?  The democrats solution - I don't know, they have not given one!!
I don't care if we have to DRILL through a polar bear to reach oil - DRILL, DRILL, And DRILL some more (along with everything else).

Economy, tax breaks.  The main difference between the Republican and democratic economics is the Democrats want everyone to rely on BIG GOVERNMENT and the Republicans tell you to do it yourself with minimal government involvement (THE VERY THING THAT MADE THIS COUNTRY GREAT).

No real solutions - HOG WASH!!!

Come on Dems - you can do better than that >:(

Definately don't let him drive you on Martha's Vineyard accross the Chipaquetok Bridge.  ;D

But, the way it sounds, he won't be driving too much longer anymore.....I know, I am mean.  My head hurts.

You know, that tumor has probably been there for a while which would explain why does not have much brains...there wan't room.

Thats what we have zoos for! There is no need to get oil from else where when we can get it close to home. McCain has my support!

(1) She is a good looker! :o
(2) She seems to have the countries intrest at hand not political clout.
(3) As far as any politician goes, I wouldn't trust them with a dogs dinner! But I would say McCain, and Palin are far less of the evils any politician is.

Palin, hands down.

i thought our politics were bad!! Its taken 6 (?) months to choose a candidate  ???  and they might lose to A N Other! Then you get a lady who's 17yr old daughter is up the duff and reported over here- her partner is a Redneck and WILL marry her!!  Have they not heard of single parent families? There are plenty over her albeit on benifits that I have to work hard to give them!

I just want our constitution back. B.O. & Biden our some of the most liberal people in the Senate, they both have close ties with Polosi & Reed, with that combination, you can throw away whats left of our constitution.
I cant promise McCain & Palin our going to do any better than our current administration, but we have a chance with them.
It doesnt say anywhere in our constitution that Americans are entitled to govt. provided health care, education(let alone college education), abortion on demand & the list goes on & on

I recall an interview of Obama by Charles Gibson recently and I couldn't beleive what I heard.  Gibson asked Obama about his increased taxing of those who earn lots of money on the stock market.  Obama's reply was, "It's not fair that some people earn a lot of money..."

What!? I was shocked when I heard just those few words.  Not fair?  This is America.  Why is it not fair to earn money, or to earn more money than your neighbor?  Not Fair?

Penalize Them Barry!  Penalize them for learning the system, for being go-getters, for not being leaches on tax payers and getting everything for free!  Not Fair?

I'm sorry, but it's not fair that people get a free check in the mail when I work my but off everyday.

Everyone is entitled to free health care, a free check--don't worry about anything if you don't want to work, it's OK, you'll get everything for free because you are entitled to it.

He is so anti-investing, anti-stock market.  If you invest in American businesses, well, we are going to tax the heck out of you.  Where's the motive to be productive in the Barry World?

For some reason the song by The Beatles, Back In The USSR comes to mind.
