Since your saying you have 10* positive, you need to move the upper ball joints forward. If the arms go on just like they are in the photo (not upside down from the photo) I agree with Chris. Do you have the more curved arm toward the front at this point (ball joint is more to the rear of center)? If so, Yes switch sides. Think of it this way... If the ball joint was centered on the cross shaft & you got a reading of say 8*, if it's behind center you would get maybe 10*, so if you move it ahead (switching sides) you would end up with 6*.  Keep us posted, Lorne
