Here is a list i made of the long list of repairs that my 87 silverado needs. Can anyone add any fuel economy boosting upgrades to the right hand side of the list? I mean, did i leave anything out that could possibly help out? This i just sort of a little personal project of mine, to try and get it as high as i can.

Looks like you have it covered.  Maybe add some good oil and good diff fluid[reduced friction].
