rear end quest.

Hey guys i have question some guy is selling me a diff out of a 91 chevy pu its a posi unit and it has gears will it fit my 79 c10. Its the whole rear end will it fit and just bolt on.  Any info will be appreciated.

The rears are different between 73-87 and newer.  The leaf spring are actually closer side to side in front than they are in back.
