i sold the 79 shortbed...

And bought this 86 chevy, it was all stock when i bought it(except header and mufflers).
so far i have started on the interior and lowered it on some wheels i had setting in the corner. plans are pro street and blown 454.
heres some pics, enjoy.
the day i brought it home.

very tired original 305.

interior is ok for the age.

now on the the good stuff...

started to redo the interior.

brought her closer to the ground...

bye bye 305, hello BBC(10068286, 454ci, 90-91,  4-Bolt IV Short deck)

thats all i have for now, ive only had the truck for 3 weeks, more to come.

Nice truck. What did you use for the drop, and what size were the wheels and tires that came with the truck?

they 17in TT's have 245-55s i think. the smoothies have 255-35-20 and 265-35-22.

the drop on the rear is home made flip,2in shackles and no over load leaf, and the front is cut 1ton springs :-\ till i get LCA's
