Just A Few Questions

So I just got my 1985 c/10 truck running and i just a have a few questions
the first one is when i'm idling the engine just cuts off so i think it's the carburetor so i don't know if i should just get a new one witch isn't really in my budget since i'm still in high school or if i should just take it out and try to clean it up a bit
second question is my driver window is sorta locked up i guess you could say i'm just not getting any power to it and the passenger goes up it and down super slow so i think it might need a new window regulator but i'm not real sure what do you guys think?
third question is i think i have and exhaust leak if that's possible not real sure still kinda new to this rebuilding stuff so what would you guys suggest for a new exhaust system?
and fourth and final haha i need a new air filter would you guys suggest a K&N or no?
thanks guys i really appreciate it

The idle speed on the carb may be set too low. Do you have a tach?
Paper filter is fine for stock. How bad is it, I doubt it's causing your idle problem but maybe.

1) how many RPM's is the motor idling at?
2) depending on how slow it is, you may need a new motor, autozone sell them cheap.
3) What do you want, stock or aftermarket or what?
4) I run stock paper filters on my trucks.
