« on: October 23, 2008, 07:42:09 pm »
hey guys,
i have a 87 obviously with TBI. I know there are several chips to get, and wondering if anyone has bought one and has any feedback. Been looking into it, but there really isnt any good feedback on the website from actual buyers. let me know what you think.
Thanks guys,
kyle

as far as upgrades or you mean driving style? up grades i already have a throttle body spacer with edelbrock intake. i also have true duals. for right now thats all im going to be doing to the truck motor wise, im trying to get it painted right now while driving it, which isnt working out so well. so thats it for now, thats why i was looking into the chips to see if it would give a little bit more power, any cheap simple upgrade that didnt involve dismanteling the motor, yet

My opinion, Save your money until you actually change something to warrant the chip.
