« on: November 02, 2008, 08:14:28 pm »
Hey guys finding a lot of info here which I need for rebuilding my project. Hope to learn a lot!
Here it is 85 SWB k10 350/th350/np203 6"spring/3"body. Plan on swaping a 12 bolt in the rear and keeping the 10 bolt up front and running 36-37's.
What do you think?? Starts but not ready to go on the road yet....

Welcome from New Hampshaa!
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

haha Yeah I go up to the dunes a bit... Great times..I'm originally from southern Indiana so once I found the dunes I love it up there... Havent taken the 85 there tho.....

Plans are to get it moving haha.. I really want to be able to make it a descent truck and fix the rust and floor boards...I was going to drop a cummins in it(but not going to) because I cant figure out this carb thing I'm having problems with it... So I'm ganna just keep fix it up and get it running so I can take it down the road someday...

So is it worth it? I try and figure out what all I need to get this thing going and looking and working good. Its going to be a long time because I dont have a lot of funds but I have always wanted a truck the year I was born but what I'm asking is it worth it to drive... Someday when I get to take it down the road is it worth it? Just seems like so much work I have to do to get there...
