Idle unsteady
« on: March 15, 2010, 12:04:00 pm »
My 87 is stock with fuel injection.Once in a while when at idle it will fluctuate a little, enough that the oil gage moves.Any ideas on what this is and how it can be fixed? Thanks

Any codes? You could check your idle air control valve. Any other symptoms?

The reason I asked about the volt is when my 94s alt was going up it would stop charging and the truck would run off the battery causing it to idle erratically
