Someone swapped some parts. Is the front of the frame rounded or does it have brackets? The Vin is either near the steering box on the top of the frame or on the top of the pass side frame rail just behind the first cab mount.

Someone deffiantly has swapped parts, trucks, vin#, or at this point, maybe several trucks into one.
