Pins and bushings is a very quick fix...at least I have never run into any problems.  Takes something like an hour for me.  To change the hinges don't you have to remove the dash to access the top bolt of the top hinge?  If you didn't already have the dash out that could really rack up some time.  Someone please correct me if I have this wrong.

No I believe you just have to pull out the rubber plug where the dome light switch runs and the bolt is in there but be careful and try not to let the bolt drop.

I will double check tomorrow to see if this can be done without removing the dash. Of course mine is removed but that rubber plug is under the dash.
Also on the drivers' side you will need to remove the lower left a/c vent and I think to do that the dash bezel would need to come off.

i didnt remove the dash, for the drivers side, i peeled back the cluster bezel and removed the 4 bolts holding the vent in place. with that removed, it made removing that retarded bolt 100% easier! W/O removing the vent, it was a pain. Anyway, tomarrow i will be removing the passenger fender and hinges so i can do the bushings on that side :)... love how the driver side shuts... ahhh..
im running out of things to do... ive only got like 3 other projects and then i think i might be done... :(

I always pull the reverse bolt out from under the dash.

So you can get the "reverse" bolt out from under the dash?  Does the bezel have to be removed on the driver's side?  Anything on the passenger side?  I might need to tweak these hinges to get my bodylines right when I re-assemble my truck and have been wondering about this.

you can get to them, but you will have to remove the vents on one side and the glovebox on the other.

Just replaced the passenger side bushings this past weekend... since I had a plan of attack.. it only took about 2 hours to remove the fender and trimmings, r and r the hinges and re install them. I replaced my damaged fender with a new to me junk yard fender and was a pain to align... almost perfect gaps, just need to shift the core support over just a hair and then i will be happy. Both doors shuts with very little effort. The passenger door has a different sound than the drivers when shutting, probally has to do with the door gaskets.
