bad ebay seller do not buy

This company has poor customer service and wiil not make right on there mistake

I ordered 4 shocks and a track bar bracket from them In early december. They sent the stuff to my OLD address ( which I had updated on paypal and ebay) and now there telling me that since the current resident signed for them . as far as there concerned the transaction is closed and that they deserve a good feedback and were upset with the negative feedback I left .

ebay says I'm right

paypal has it under review

and I'm still with out the parts I need AND paid in full for

paypal will refund the money and send the seller an email.

I have had one problem in the past like that and paypal insures transactions if you use them.  I got a total refund through paypal.

Dang, they have 7 negative feedbacks in last 30 days. 26 in last 6 months.  I wouldn't touch them. Especially for $200 worth of merchandise.

Find out who signed for it and get it. Then get your $ back too. That's the problem with eBay. there's no one you can grab hold of to choke when they screw up. I leave negative feedback for bum sellers too.
