im looking for info on what years to look for. i would like fuel injection (350), best tranny(700r4), best transfercase (?), solid front axle (hopfully desent 44 or better), good rear axle (corp 14), and a nice trim package(not like leather, just nice). anybody got any suggestions, or does this beast not exsist?

First of all welcome to the site. For fuel injection, 87 is the oldest. 14 bolt means K20 at least. If you are looking for a full floater you will need one with a 454, 350 had the semi float 14 bolt. All the burbs are good, it is a matter of how the PO took care of it. Good luck in your search

10, and 1500 are a 1/2 tons, 20 and 2500 are 3/4 ton, and they will all have a 10 bolt diff up front. Only the 1 ton versions will have the much sought after dana 60 up front.

91 K2500 would be the best Fuel injected 350,4l80E,NV241,10-bolt front,14-bolt-semi floater rear
454 was only available in 2-wheel burbs
FF 14-bolt was only available in the 2-wheel drive burbs after 1980 (81-91)
Also a Dana 60 front axle WAS NEVER OFFERED in a Suburban. there are no 30/3500 series suburbans

also there is really no strength difference in a 10-bolt or Dana 44 front axle they use all the same components with exception of the actual "pumpkin"
Since your wanting a 4x4 with Fuel injection 14 bolt rear and a nice interior:
you want an 87-91 K20/K25 -V2500 Silverado/Sierra Classic
these will come with a SM465 manual 4-speed (very rare) , TH400 ,TH4L80E (91 only)
The transfer case will be a NP208 or a NV241 depending on year
Axles will be the 10bolt front and 14bolt Semi Float rear
