Part time the 203, find a 205 and make it a doubler.
What are you going to do with the truck?  Daily Driver?

NP208 will be more popular, quieter, easier to find and already be part time.

I would go with the milemarker kit and then upgrade when you can.

find a parts truck with 700r4/208 and go that route.

hmm the 700r4 and the 208 does sound good and i would do the mile marker kit but this truck is going to be tore on down and built back up so i am hoping that i want have to upgrade for a long while and i have called around and the 208s and the 700r4s are popular around here but there is few 205s so i will just have to see.

thanks

If you are tearing it down and replacing stuff.  I would have to agree with Vile, get a 700R4/208.  They are far less favorable among hardcore people so "normal" people think they are junk and devalue them, so in the end you get a great deal on a setup.
