Yeah, i had to work.  I awoke at 6am, showered, started the motors to all of our cars (4) except my mustang..she's in the garage.  Went out 30 mins later after some of the defrosts melted some snow on the windows, and knocked all the snow off the cars/trucks.

Took my wife to work (i wouldn't let her drive)  took my son to daycare.  Then I went to work.  They closed the entire county offices and such and i work in Admin at the S.O. so the sheriff pretty much told people, not much going on w/ everything closed...go home.  I came home at 11am.

My parents lost power..still off...supposed to be 11 degrees tonight.  So the roads will be much worse tomorrow when the snow and slush refreezes like concrete tonight.   It's only 24 degrees now.

anyway, dad is coming by to get some firewood so he can at least keep a fire going in his fire place in his basement.  My mom is pretty cold.  I'm gonna give my parents my two generators anyway.  It'll help.

It's noon now and the snow started up again.   I love it  ;D

still snowing at 1pm.....

Didn't get any pics of everything all white, my battery died and I didn't have any more....  I got a couple of it snowing though.  It snowed pretty good for about 6 or 7 hours and then died out and some of it had already gone away before daylight.  It's mostly all gone now.  We got around 3 inches here.

Picked up my kid early from daycare so we could play in the snow.  He had fun hitting me with snowballs and building a so-so snowman.  It wasn't really sticky yet--too cold.  We'll build a better one maybe tomorrow afternoon when it is supposed to be over freezing and the snow will stick together better.

Love the snowman Sgt. We got about 6 or 7 inches at the most. Built an igloo this morning and when the sun came out the opening closed up bit.It was kinda funny. Oh well, it came and we played. Where's spring!! ::)

We had enough this year, glad we just got a dusting.  Last dumping we got around 14 inches of lake effect.

Only ended up with about 6" here. South of us got dumped on pretty heavy.
