The bear with the shirt is available from Cafepress.  She got it for her birthday.

Nice lookin' family!  Do you know if all three trucks were converted to extended cab by the same company?

All of the ones I have personally seen were built by Custom Vehicles International then went to a van conversion company like Overland Coach, Tra-Tech or Western Hauler for interior upgrades and paint.
I have not inspected all of the ones I have in my picture personally, but do believe most of them were.
As far as my three, I know they were actually built by CVI because one still has the CVI badge on the door jam and all of the peices of the conversion down to the interior trim is identical.

We would have to take a panoramic picture if we were to do all our trucks and I still don't think they would all fit.

She loves her bear and her t-shirt, especially when we wear ours too.
