You could always yank the wires off the blower motor, or remove the fuse for it, which will likely kill your wipers and radio or whatever.   Or run a two wire circuit from under the dash to your blower motor wire (one of them) , splice them in and hook up a toggle switch to completely kill the power to the motor with a dash mounted toggle.

Aside from that, no, there is no way to completely turn the blower off.

There is no "off". The factory setup is all the way down is "low".

Just interupt the entire circuit. The main feed just rewire the factory switch or just put in an on off switch in series.

Something like a single pole with 2 wire should be ok right? Not going to be enough voltage to burn out the switch. Like this?

Quick thought - I never use mine on "low" - when I need it is always on medium or high...could one not disconnect  the low wire at the resistor to make it an off setting?

Seriously, it's not supposed to be very loud, wonder if something is contacting the cage fan (maybe leaves or a mouse carcass)? Next time you change your heater core check it out.

Trust me my truck is far from quiet. Cab has nothing to deaden the sound but the main issue is that the side vents are gone so I can hear that. But its not even so much about hearing its feeling too.

I'm going to do a bit of research and find a way to shut this thing completely off.

I'm very anal retentive when it comes to rattles and noises in my truck that shouldn't be there. I have a rattle, ping or something up front that is driving me nuts and in the back when my window is open I can hear the tailgate arms rattling around! I'll be buying cables for that very soon.

Maybe Capt, Vile, or Blazin can help me here. It seems like you could just remove the blower motor resistor for the low setting. Then you would still have med and hi. I dont know which one it would be though. I cant hear it in any of my trucks.

Low speed resistor would be the smallest/longest (smallest guage wire and longest length or most turns)

Not a bad idea Choptop. Reversable solutions are the best.
