Help, Can you ID this wire?

I have this loose connector that is coming out the front of the carb. There is a pink wire that is connected but this Black/Green wire just hangs. Does anybody know what this is for. I would really appreciate the help, Thanks

Your TPS is unplugged and the connector not connected to anything is for checking M/C solenoid dwell.
