Where to find tag light assembly for 82 chevy c10

I tried to replace the tag light on my 82 chevy c10 and the part that holds the bulb broke off the wire. Do you know where I can find this piece to wire back in? I would like to get it on line so I dont need to search salvage yards, but if I need to I will. So what do you all think? Thanks Much! Justin

Where can I find a tag light assembly for a 82 chevy c10? I tried to replace the tag light I got the assembly out but it broke off the power wire! I was wondering where I can find one maybe online. Thanks Much! Justin

Assuming you are talking about the marker lamp for your license plate, you will need to tell us what style bumper you have. Any NAPA etc should have what you need.

If you have the oem GM step bumper the Help section in Autozone has one that fits just like it belongs there.

If you have a step bumper with the domed lights that press in, I have even found those at Walmart. Don't know if they still have them because their stock constantly changes, but a few years back I got my last set of those lights there.
