Adjusting the fender

It's been bothering me for a while and finally i started to mess with the fender it doesn't really line up at all, the bottom of it near the cab is down about 1/2 inch and the top of it is out about 1/4 inch so i started to take out some bolts and then i hear a pop, from the metal flexing the fender came to the cab about 1/2. now the door wont shut tried removing all the bolts left the one in the cab on the top corner of the fender but loose enough to move it around. now i can't seam to get it to move forward enough to get the door shut let alone the lines to match up any advice? Could it have something to do with it not being on level ground?

I wouldn't adjust anything until you check your body mounts. If they are solid then you should pull the fender. Adjust your door and then line the fender up to the door which may require shimming of the cab or the radiator support to get it right especially if the truck has been abused. It will also be easier to get it right and then install the inner wheel well. Leave room to play with the squareness of the hood also.

I have had to use a porta power to push the top of the radiadtor support away from the fire wall.
