Question on my 350 buildup

So I am finally starting to build my engine and I heard about this Glyptal stuff. Supposed to seal everything up make the oil flow better blah blah blah. I asked a few engine builders I know and a few guys like it a few guys don't. What do you guys think about it? Should I get a can and see what happens? What would be the ultimate benefits of using the stuff? Here is a link to what I'm talking about,

What would happen if it started flaking off? For that matter, would it really be a benefit?.
