Newbie From TN
« on: August 01, 2009, 07:42:01 am »
I have known Chris for about 2-3 years but am a 67-72 guy so
I never came over here that much. Well things have changed.
(No I did not leave my Baby) I am heading to LA next Friday to
trade for an 81 Blazer and will be driving it back that weekend.
It needs TLC, but I think it is OEM paint and will be my DAILY.

I have Named her "Glacier" because of the Blue & White colors.

Looks like a nice solid truck. I'd ditch the bumper fangs though. Are you going to paint it?

Thanks for the Welcomes. No plans right now except
mechanical issues that may arise while driving it. I'm
in deep on my 72 and have no $ to play with the 81.

The fangs are kinda growing on me. (Remember that
big Muppet character that was named "Sweetums")

The pictures I have are all I know. I will see it in person
Friday for the 1st time. I'm hoping they are no worse in
person? I'm a little nervous since I'm trading down for it.
