whats the stock lift and duration for an 84 350

I don't know specifically, but it will be around .414" lift and probably 220 duration.  It is a 3/4T truck so it was cammed to make low end power.

is anything else different in the engine because i thought the only differences between a 1/2t and a 3/4t was the suspension,driveline,and gears

81-86 only the 3/4T up and 1/2 4x4's got 350's along with 1/2 Burbs of any drivetrain config.  1/2T pickup 2WD only got 305's.

^ Ick. I take it that's lobe lift and not valve lift? If that's valve lift.....wow.....double ick.
85 Chevy Silverado C10 short, wide, yellow, 2wd. Lowered, 60-over 350 with Dart Iron Eagle heads and Comp Cams XE268 cam, TH350 w/ shift kit, 3.40 Gov-lok 12 bolt.
