I'd suspect fuel as it wouldn't be very beneficial to clamp off a transmission line.  Also try disconnecting your ac clutch.

LOL, Yeah I guess that make sense.  I have disconnected the Clutch from the A/C, nothing changed.  Vile I have steel braided hoses at the TBI (OEM) and hard lines down under the truck.  I obviously can not pinch off the hard lines but will I damage the steel braided lines if I pinch them off?  If I can ask what will this do?  I'm curious.  Does it raise the pressure in the system?  Thanks

It won't damage them unless you are pinching them off with wire cutters.  It raises the pressure at the TBI.
