Can I put 75 door internals in a 77 and up door and just get new door panels.

Not unless you want to to use 73-76 door panels, which won't cover the holes in the lower section of the door.

No you cannot. Not only do the door panel differ, but the 73-76 door guts are different than the 77+. The window crank shaft is shorter, and the roller channels that are spot welded to the inside of the door are different in size. Ask me how I know all this.

You can use everything in the 77-91 doors from the 75 doors. The window regulator arm for your windows will be shorter (?) then the 77-91 style. Other than that and the door panels everything else should be a direct bolt in..
thanks
