At least you are keeping at it, just keep adding pieces until you get them all.

started today out getting metal to stiffen the frame.. 6" x1.5"x 3/16 flat stock cut.
go to lunch rear end goes out...
got all but 1 bearing and crush cleave.. cousing had a spool that he didnt need so it replace the G80 locker. use the bearing on it old races and cleaned the junk out of the pinion bearing. R&P dont show any signs of damage same with bearings the cages on the pinion outer/inner bearings have taken a beetting... though was able to get 95% of the junk out them.. put the old stuff back in with spool.. getting ahold of randys R&P for the stuff i dont have.

Those 64" springs ride soooo much better then the stock 52 and they are heavier to 5200 vs 6000lb

test fitted some 35x1250/17 on the truck
got the srping loaded bumper back on, picked up some 2x2x.250 24' square tubing to make new cross members
going to make one to replace the oem rear cab mounts, front mount on the rear springs and replace the cross member out back
also got leg work done one my 4l80/241 converson with DS drop.
i currently have a PS drop 60 that is basicly new. talked to dynatrack out my options
1 mine converted 900 plus shafts if need 200-300 for new axles
2 ford axle bj/kp are least 700-900 from the junk yard plus rebuild cost 500-1000 bucks in parts
3 have dynatrac build a bare housing at 1700 plus reverse cut gear
4 buy a pro 60 out right.... it aint goign to happen.
