where can I get the rear leaf ubolt plate?
« on: October 14, 2009, 09:41:20 pm »
Hello,

The plates that anchor the ubolts that connect the rear axle to the leafs are worn out on my 1984 GMC Sierra c1500 2 wheel drive 1/2 ton. The local GM dealer cannot get them anymore as they are discontinued. Anyone know where I can source these besides the local wrecker?

Thank You in advance for any assistance.  ;D

Ok, I just found out that this website is a company in and of itself and not just a discussion forum.
I'll see if they sell them.

I made my own last time I needed a pair.
Some people are like Slinkies. Not really good for anything, but they still bring a smile to your face when you push them down a flight of stairs

They are still available. One website has them for $12.95 each.

Hey, this website doesn't have them in their store so I'm getting them through another webcompany... Thanks.
