Header rattle

Hey I thought i was hearing a noise in my engine and come to find out it was my headers. The tubes tubes are rattling against each other at the right rpm. I thought of tack welding the tubes together. Will this not allow proper flexibility and break them? How can i get rid of this annoying noise? Any advice appreciated

The only time mine rattled was when some bolts worked loose, and I'm using cheap, used longtubes. (of course I don't have the H.P. either) Did a weld break on the flange? Just for giggles, what RPM?

Are they cheap painted headers? If so just tack em near the collector.
