If you are running 35's and didn't trim anything, the truck has a lift on it.
then please explain my pictures?????

Easy....those tires probable only measure out to an actual 32 or 33".

They have no tread, and tires are measured (by the manufacturer) with no vehicle weight on them and max psi.

most time that i see rubbing its on the frame and that has to due with the rims backspacing and width also tire width. also about the chart if you read the second line it tells you its not guarantied but just give a picture

do you even know what your talking about?????????
pro comp extreme AT 315.75/16
new they are 34.6" OD
in that picture they are 33.75

how many LT tires are actually the same size they are specd on the sidewall????? answer NONE!!!

even with the 25% tread left... i have 2+" at any tight spot  which in essence defeat the "worn/bald" tire..

calm down buddy. i think he said they were probably 32-33 and your saying they are 33.75 i don't see that much of a difference there and he also said they ain't the same size as spec'd and so did you so i think your agreeing with him, all is done

No, there are no tires that actually spec out to what they say on the sidewall. Anyone in the 4x world knows that.

Seeing as procomp has them listed at 34.6", that is mounted with max psi inflation. Once you put them on the vehicle and rest the vehicles weight on them, they usually squat about 3/4-1". Add to the fact that you are saying they are at 25% tread would make them approx 5/32", so on a full diameter that is 15/32's off top and bottom, making it almost another inch. So 2" off of 34.6" = 32.6"....approx. But that is splitting hairs.

Also with you being a 3/4 ton you sit an inch higher, so on a half ton it would be equivalent to running a 31.5/32" tire which is easily done on a stock truck.

You could always park on a hard flat surface, get a level and tape out, measure it and take a pic if you feel the need to prove me wrong.  ;)

1) I HIGHLY suggest you calm down.

2) Normal driving on a flat road you won't rub, take it in the woods and get it off camber and you will start rubbing.

3) 315x75x16 tires are NOT 12.50 at the tread, they are 12.50 at the sidewall, more like 10-11" at the tread and they are not like "35's".  When most offroad people are talking about 35's they mean 35x14.50, which will rub even on your truck

4) I didn't pay attention to your pictures, and didn't realize yours was a 3/4T truck, which will not have the same issues as a 1/2T as they sit a little higher, but reread #2.

5)There is absolutely NO reason for you to get hostile on the board.

6)swearing is NOT allowed on the board in ANY manner, which by default gets you a 5 day ban.

In those pix you do not show us the whole view of the front and rear spring.

Generally 3/4 ton suspensions will require at minimum add a leafs and or blocks to clear 33"s and look decent. 35"s may rub depending on wheel offset and how you are driving.

For a half ton you'll need a 4" lift to clear 35"s

not sure im following what you are getting at V

there is a full side shot
front to rear with tire full lock to left
rear to front with trie full lock to right
last two show the front and rear of said front right spring
currently dont have any 315/75/16 to put back on the truck for mock-up

this is 285/75/16 cooper ATR tires on 16x7 rims or 33" tires with no rubbing with AFAIK stock 3 leaf spring pack up front back of the trailer is ~30"

Too bad he didn't have an rti.....that pic is a bad illusion. Look at the front axle compared to the bumper, he is hardly stuffing the front. Lots of rear axle droop though.

i dont think you need 6 in lift for 35 either.  mine is 4 inche spring front lift with blocks in the rear.  no fender trimming and i am using 35x12.5x15 bfg all terrain.  tires have about 85-90 percent tread lift.  1/2 ton truck.  there is a pretty good gap and truck doesn't rub.  then again i dont get too crazy off roading either just my 2 cents

Nice truck. But if you do any decent stuff off road, you may find your tires will modify the body for you.  ;D
