Do you have a vacuum gauge or exhaust back pressure gauge?

Funny, Funny.

On a more serious note, I replaced the O2 sensor in the exhaust manifold on drivers side, New cap, rotor, plugs, and wires and still little to no improvement, The EGR valve still moves in and out when the engine is reved.

I thougth that the Cat might be plugged up with carbon, since and the guy that had it before me drove real slow all the time and so do I so that could cause it to plug up, since the longest distance I travel is 8 miles going 55, no hi-speed interstate driving. Would removing the CAT permanetly cause any problems with the engine running or anything, for off-road use only.

Gut That SUCKA!!! Don't drive her on the street tho, or at least don't get pulled over! ;)
You won't have any problems with it, as the O2 sensor is before the cat and nothing meters the flow after it. You motor will breath better. The only downside is increased pollutants coming out your tailpipe.

a clogged cat will rob you of power but i thought they only do that once it get warmed up. a couple things to think of first check the fuel pressure and also try unplugging a sensor at a time and see if it hurts the idle, if no change it may be a problem. also for vile and them would a bad ground cause this problem?

A restricted exhaust can cause a no start. If you can throw a vacuum gauge on it or a back pressure gauge in the O2 bung that will tell very quickly if you have restricted exhaust.

Check your fuel pressure, if you don't have a gauge, pinch the return line and test drive it.

Well, we put a new fuel pump in and that fixed it. Thanks for all the advice.
