no intermittent wiper...

I have a '87 short step 2x 350tbi and the intermittent windshield wiper settings do not work.

The reg/high speed works fine, is this fixable by replacing the wiper control stick on the steering col? or is this normally (?) a relay/pcb problem?


What kinda $ am I looking at to repair.replace?

The wiper delay module is most likely the problem.
