Bought some Slotted rims on an old K30 plow truck today

Just picked up a rot box 84 K30 plow truck tonight for $1000.
It has aluminum slots with 33x12.50R16.5's in good shape.
The tires/rims are going on my M1028.
This truck is real crusty so I think it will quickly become a parts truck.

Nice
i like the old school wheels best.
I had found some nice 70-80's machined (not polished) turbines last year.
but later found 1 was cracked

Nice find!
I'm always looking for a set of wide slotted mags for my next project truck.

Well, after watching this truck sit around the shop for the past year I finally found the time to cut it up and junk the shell. After pulling the Dana 60/350 4 bolt/turbo 400-205 combo/plow set up/ doors/tires+rims it still weighed in at 3500 pounds at the crusher for a total of $422.

You didn't want the rear end?

The yoke had some play in it and it was very rusty(the worst I've seen). This was a plow truck with a sander on it and the years have taken it's toll on it. I think even if you sandblaster the rear axle it would still have pock marks on it. The black truck to the left of it in the pic is a 1 ton with a clean rear end with the same gears (4.10's). I'll save that one.
