What upper controls arms are you running (aftermarket)

What aftermarket upper control arms are you using and how do you like them?

I have DJM uppers and lowers on my tan truck, and really like them. When I took it to the alignment shop I was told is was a breeze to align because it was lowered properly, and didnt require any more shims than normal.

Those are the same ones I just ordered for my 74. Glad to hear someone else used them and likes them.

I'm thinking about getting it soon. Did you use stock shocks, or the lowering ones? The lowered ones by the pics lol :D

Layne, I honestly cannot tell you which kit. It was installed on my choptop when I got it, and since it had 3 inch drop spindles as well, I didnt think it would be a good idea to keep it that way. The lower a-arm was about 1-1/2 off the ground. I used the Toxic shocks that were on it.

You will like the DJM's.  Air Ride makes some Strong arms that are good as does CPP.

I've decided my 74's guts aren't pretty enough for my likings. The upper control arms are ugly. That's it.

I like the looks of the control arms, but they really make the rest look awful. That will be remedied this summer tho.

CPP arms here.  They don't hang too low like some of the other arms on the market.
