TH400 Transmission leak

Hey guys I just got myself a 74' stepside and i found a leak in my tranny. its coming out right where the tranny meets up with the yoke.  The transmission is a TH400. I was just wondering if there is a universal seal for all TH400 trannies or if its a specific seal i need to get. Any information at all on what im gonna have to get/do to fix the leak. let me just make it clear i dont know much at all about the problem so any input on parts/procedure is greatly appreciated :)

The seal is model specific. If it's a bolt on yoke make sure you torque the nut back on.
