need help identifying wires
« on: July 14, 2010, 12:42:40 pm »
1978 C10 5.7L

Thought I had this posted but now I can't find it? Kinda weird. Anyway I'm trying to figure out where these wires are supposed to go. Two connectors with two wires in each coming from the firewall.

Also found this, chewed threw by a rat or mouse, lying below the radiator?

Any help would be appreciated!

The other one with the single wire and rubber boot plugs in near the frame rail right by where the power steering lines clamp to the frame, but I am not sure what it is for.

I found where it plugs in, there's a spot under the radiator on the right hand side(facing the engine).  Just like in hotrod's photo. Def. not a ground... hmm...
