Rare RPO code

I have been looking at a 1986 GMC K-2500, it is pretty well standard equipped, such as 350, 400 trans, 4:10 gears , air, etc. One option it has that I have never saw before tho, is  1YH7 ( Gold MedalL Special ), have any of you seen this before or know what it means ? Thanks

It means it was a year end close deal and they packaged a bunch of options together as a bonus to move the truck not rare at all.
