N.H. Teen Who Zapped Nipples During Shop Class Sues Teacher and School

DOVER, N.H. -- A New Hampshire high school student shocked so severely in shop class that his heart stopped beating is suing his teacher, the school district and the city of Dover.

Kyle Dubois and his parents claim teacher Thomas Kelley did not warn Dubois and other students of the dangers of the electrical demonstration cords in their electrical trades class.

On March 11, Dubois attached an electrical clamp to one nipple while another student attached another clamp to the other. A third student plugged in the cord.

Dubois was critically injured.

The New Hampshire Union Leader says Dubois' suit contends he suffered permanent brain damage.

Need to counter sue the parents for raising an idiot. I tell my kids all the time, I have no pity for self inflicted injury.

   "Some peoples kids"  his parents need to be slapped for not slapping him upside the head.  Just teaching the new generation to "screw up and then blame someone else instead of yourself"

What makes me ashamed of this country is that the teacher ACTUALLY resigned... but I can't blame him, both he and the school system will probably be paying much needed money out to these "parents" (I use the term loosely) for years to come.  Poor dude, had a career until the wrong moron came along.

If they win, I should be able to sue everyone that sells cheeseburgers because they made me fat. I didnt know it would happen until it was too late.

Hows this one for you? A guy over here had his gas turned off for non-payment. He cut the lock off his gas meter and turned the gas back on. He then proceeded to blow his house up with him and 6 family members inside. All suffered non-life threatening injuries of various degrees. Now get this.... He sued Center Point Energy and was awarded 11.5 MILLION Dollars because Center Point did not do enough to keep him from turning his gas back on! >:(
