well i got a 85 crew cab 4x4 the other day n slowly finding rust that i dont want to deal with. i also have a 75 crew cab 2wd. Is the only difference the rubber mounts on the cabs?

The cab mount bushings are different. The 2 wheel drive floor center hump is not the same. You will need to remove it and put the hump out of the 4x4 in to clear the t case. The hood hinges are in the cowl on an 85.
