steel door panels

Did the 73-87 trucks ever come with doors that had steel door panels? Like on the basic trim level or the C50-C60 big trucks?
Or, has anyone made Stainless or Aluminum door panels? If so could you post some pictures? My son and I are making plans for the interior of the 77 and he really likes the look of a steel door panel.

Something like this would be fine but was wanting something more like the 67-72 Chevy or same era Ford.
