TH400 problems :(

I pulled my driveshaft out today to replace my rear seal on my th400 today and found some problems. I thought id get your guys opinion on it. Heres some pictures of the problems.
heres my yoke theres a big groove in it twards the tip going horizontal across it.

Heres my TH400's tailshaft housing. Theres a hole as you can see

So what do you guys think I should do. Would it be a bad idea to just use JB Weld to fill that hole in. My main concern is that the rear seal wont sit right in there and it might not seal correctly.

So I gave my uncle a call and asked him what the simplist way to fix the problem. He said they make a sleave that fito over my yoke thatwill fix that problem. For the housing he said JB weld would do the trick. He didnt actually get to see the yoke and housing though i just explained it to him. Do you guys think those would fix my problems?

Get some emery cloth and polish it out. That hole is supposed to be there

Yeah you cant really tell in the picture or the yoke but its a deep gash. Im thinking ill have to replace my yoke. Im just wondering how it got like that. The output shaft has a little play in it. Is it supposed to move at all?

They do move around some. It has to be loose so it doesn't create drag or get hot. It probably happened when they driveshaft was out before. Like it got banged around. If the tranny did that to it it would be a scar all the way around and not a dent on one side. Polish it out as best you can and stick it back in.

The yoke is supported by that brass colored bushing. If a piece of crap got stuck in there it would score the shaft. As long as it's not trashed where the seal area is just polish it, put in the new seal and call it a day.
