I am guessing you want it bigger?  DPI doesn't matter, the forum generally will resize it, but the physical file size needs to be less than 128k.  98% of jpg files are less than that.

Does anyone know of a free photo editing program besides sites that host.  I have to resize my pictures to get them under 128k and they seem much smaller than some post.  Probably has something to do with the 5.0 megapixel camera I have....

I did a search for "batch jpeg resizer" and got a program called at32resizer. I will resize a whole folder. works really well and it was free.
