If "bolt-on" parts actually just bolted on.
anyone else got a gripe for the day?

no gripes but I feel your pain. If you have to get it running because its your daily driver, its real frustrating. If it's a project, you can leave it where it sits until you feel like working on it again.

I bought djm 3 inch drop spindles, got them painted and put on. went to bolt up my rallies and they rub so bad the wheel hardly will turn. had to grind the crap out of them to get them to fit. now i have to repaint them. Also when I was putting the brakes together the shims on the pads made them to thick and also put a bind on the brakes. nothing ever works the way it should with me....no matter what I buy or how much I spend. I feel your pain!

I tend to agree, I have purchased very few bolt on items that simply bolted on and with more and more fly by night companies out there it's tough to find good quality, good service and guaranteed fit all in one vendor.

Waiting on the new flip kit that western says will "probably" fit.
So we finished this puppy up and made sure everything was operating correctly this morning. The tires have a small traction issue if you stomp the gas.

03 04 05 was all he had room for. he drove that thing all over the place with a 502 and a th400 like 32k miles in that tiny little car, its surprisingly comfortable once you shoehornyourself inside it.
