Hi All,
I am from SA and have visited the site occasionally. I have attached a few pics of my SA spec 1975 C10. The rear taillights is different to the US spec. The dashboard is also different, I would like your comments.
Thanks

I'd love to do one of these right hand drive, I've done a few VW's and the looks you get are awesome, even more-so with a full sized square.

That's awesome! Take as many pix and provide us with all the detail you can about this truck. We don't see a lot on here as you can tell.

It is so weird to look at the interior with that right hand drive. I keep wanting to turn my head to get the steering wheel on the other side. I would love to see more pictures. What factory was that built in?

I love it, 3 on the tree and all. I have seen several right hand drive from down under when I did the power tour and when I spent time in Japan for work but never a square body. Very cool!!! Be neat to see under the hood as well.

Will take more pictures tonight. This trucks was build in SA by GMSA from 1974 - 1980. (A lot of the parts indicate GM of Canada.)
It has the standard 4.1 L (250) straight six motor, with 3Spd colom shift. Like I said before the most noticeable difference is the rear taillights as well as a different type of tailgate. The 250 & 292 straight six was the only available engine options in SA, only the following models were available here : Mostly C10, also few C20 & C30's as well as a few K10 & K20's.
No Crew Cab & only Custom/Custom Deluxe spec, no Silverado etc.
Will post more info tomorrow.

Very cool. I almost bought a right hand drive Suburban a few months ago, I actually prefer driving left hand drive for these trucks tho, the only times its a pain is if you're pulling out a parking spot from behind a van etc.
I'd love to see more pics also, the tail lights look like Ford ones!!!
Heres a pic of the RHD dash in that Suburban.
